1. Ever since its inception, PAF has attached great importance to providing quality education to children of PAF personnel. The efforts made in this direction have culminated into a vast chain of educational institutions, throughout the command. These institutions are well established to impart education on modern scientific lines to the children of PAF personnel in specific and civilians outsiders in general with an aim of participating in the National Educational Programme.

2. Established as a primary level school in 1979, as part of PAF Education programme, Model School Kallar Kahar was upgraded to middle level in 1989 and elevated to SSC / HSSC level in 1992 and 1995 respectively. The school which started in 1979 now owns a fully equipped infrastructure. The college is affiliated to Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad as well as Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi and engaged along with other Fazaia Colleges in providing wholesome education to the younger generation of the area.

3. The aim of the institution is to impart education by maintaining high academic standards and to provide sufficient opportunities for creative extra and co-curricular activities. The institution lays due emphasis on physical fitness, personality development, character building, special care and coaching to weak cases. Discipline is considered to be foremost requirement towards the attainment of the overall educational objectives.
