When I assumed command of this Base, It was my earnest desire to pursue the uplift of this college with full vigor. During my last visit to the institution I have found out a glorious campus with lively faces beaming with the spirit of striving for excellence. I also met the excellent faculty members and their supporting team of administration and could easily assess the hard work put in by both under the very able leadership of the Principal.

It is indeed a moment of delight, not only for PAF Base Samungli, But above all for the people of Quetta, for whom we are entrusted to inculcate not only academic excellence but also to bring up a confident and skilled generation, capable to move our beloved nation on the path of greater heights. Quetta with its rich culture and traditions has always been held in great esteem by Pakistan Air Force and the relationship of love between the two has steadily grown over the years.

I sincerely hope that Fazaia Inter College will go a long way; not just in future strengthening of bond between the people of Quetta and Pakistan Air Force, but also contributing in the field of education in the region. Myself and PAF Base Samungli will continue to encourage the faculty and administration in their endeavors to give the nation conscientious and competent students.

Today education is more important than ever and teaching has become more challenging in the same manner. The role of a school is not to pursue academic excellence but also to produce lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an ever-changing global society. FICS is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in to the children. To engage Fazaians, FICS has initiated Clubs and an evolved House system vigorously, with a motivational certificate program. Children need a supportive environment at home and school, to dream and achieve their future career. No wonder, a student harnessed in such conducive atmosphere has every hope and possibility of becoming a responsible, balanced and a mature adult and is able to shoulder responsibilities of the society. The parents-school partnership is the most strengthening power, their feedback has always been valued, and their feedback compels us to do more and more. I am confident enough on behalf of my devoted team that the Fazaians shall rise to glory.
