ACADEMIC  SESSION

Classes Prep – X

The academic session of the college is divided into two terms as follows :-

                             1^st Term                                              2^nd Term

            4^th week of March                            3^rd week of October

to                                                         to

4^th week of September                    3^rd week of February

Mid year examination is held at the end of the 1^st Term, while the Annual Examination is held

in February / March.

Promotion to Next Classes

For promotion to the next classes, following weightage is given to each examination.

Class                         Mid-Term        Annual Exam

Prep to IV                   40%                            60%

V to VIII                      25%                            75%   (final examination covers  the entire syllabus)

Classes XI & XII

The academic session for the Intermediate classes commences in July and cluminates in March / April

•  Send up examinations for SSC and HSSC are held about four weeks prior to the dates for submission of admission forms without late fee to the FBISE.
•   Pre-Board examinations for SSC and HSSC are held around the 2^nd week of January and 2^nd week of February respectively.         
•  Both Send-Up and Pre-Board Examinations are compulsory.

Detention Policy

• Admissions are sent for the Board examinations conditonally in case of students securing 40% marks in aggregate but failing marginally in one subject. Such students must qualify in those subjects in the Pre-Board examination failing which they will be detained from taking the Board examination.
