Fazaia Intermediate College
Islamabad is one of the Institutions of Fazaia chain of schools and colleges
established in the private sector. It envisions provision of quality education
to students, commensurate with national aspirations and present day educational
requirements in an atmosphere conducive to their healthy mental and physical
growth. The college is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary
Education Islamabad for the board exams. It is managed by Fazaia Directorate of
Schools and Colleges. It provides quality education at an affordable cost for
all segments of the society. It is co-education with separate sections of classes
for boys and girls. In August 2018 it has started Cambridge 'O' Level programme
on the growing demand of parents. In view of over crowdedness of students, a
second shift in the afternoon in under consideration from 2019-2020 session.
SCHOLARSHIPS
AND FEE CONCESSIONS FOR ALL
Fazaia Chain strives to
achieve high literacy rate alongside maintaining the quality of education. For this
purpose it charges minimum fee from the students, as per their financial status.
For the bright students lavish scholarships are offered to those students who perform
well in the board examinations of classes IX, X, XI. In parallel a number
of scholarship schemes for promoting the cause of education by the Pakistan Air
Force are available for the Fazaians
FACILITIES FOR THE STUDENTS
Apart from cost-effective
quality education, welcoming environment, and individual attention are some
other prominent features available to Fazaia students. Lying in the heart of
Islamabad, the campus has huge play areas spread over acres of land. The classes
are equipped with Multimedia, the laboratories of the college are specious and well
equipped and the library is well stocked. The college has four computer labs
that are sufficient to afford opportunities to every student to benefit from.
EXTRA
CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Fazaia Chain of Colleges not
only provides quality education but also lays equal emphasis on
extra-curricular activities. It helps students to enhance their intellectual,
physical and social abilities. Apart from outdoor games, which are participated
in by the students. Contesting in different events at college level is followed
by their participation in Fazaia Schools Zonal competitions and finally in
Fazaia Schools and Colleges competitions. Our teams also participate in the
competitions held by FBISE and other reputed organizations and Institutions.
Students are also provided ample opportunities to play indoor games as well as
take part in declamation contests, Naat Qirat competitions, Stage Shows, Art
and Craft display, Science Exhibitions etc, alongside many more similar activities
arranged by the college for developing the overall personality of the students.
