Requirement of Nadra Birth Certificate/Form B

As per Air Staff directives provision of Nadra Birth Certificate and Form 'B' is to be made obligatory along with the other requisite documents for the new admissions in Fazaia Institution. All those parents who do not provide these essential documents at the time of admission may be asked to submit the same within a month's time. A fine of Rs. 100/- per month may be charged from all those who fail to provide these documents after the notice of one month.
