EXAMINATIONS

Fazaia Chains of Schools and Colleges believe assessment is inseparable from the teaching process, its prime purpose being to improve student's performance. Assessment at Fazaia Chains of Schools and Colleges involves a mixture of techniques, which are used to evaluate student's written and oral work and are applied to suit the purpose and the activity. Assessment in Pakistan schools has traditionally been through formal testing and examination of factual knowledge, but teachers, parents and students alike are learning to embrace modern and less formal assessment techniques too. Assessment of effective learning can, for example, include ongoing observation of student-centred activities. When teachers have the freedom not to be teaching only for the next test or examination, it also allows students the freedom to learn and express themselves in ways that truly enhances their academic education and personal development. Fazaia Chains of Schools and Colleges, administers an internal and unified Mid-year and End-of-year Examination system which is robust, fair and professional.
