"Survival of the fittest". This is a quote that goes by quite well with the progressing world in the field of education. It is quite heartening to note that Fazaia Intermediate College Badaber is progressing ahead while keeping up with demanded standards persistently. It is indeed a matter of great pleasure for me to be a part the administration of such prestigious institute.

Students grooming is considered as the most important responsibility of an institution. Over here students personalities are groomed to develop skills which will help them contribute to the society more efficiently. In this regard, the students are involved in various creative activities in order to extract the maximum output from them and to balance to their academic workload. These creative activities not only help them to become independent but also enable to broaden their mental horizon. For developing cognitive and constructive approach in the students, Fazaia Inter College badaber has been arranging such activities frequently along with academics. I would urge upon the administration and teaching faculty to continue working with same zeal and zest on the same model to educate the children in a way that may transform them into responsible gifted and contributing citizen of progressive country.

The basic aim of FIC Badaber is to nurture every student as a responsible community member, to ensure academic success, physical health and enable the students to discriminate between right and wrong. Every student must follow moral values and social norms. I believe that each student of FIC Badaber is having the potential to make positive contribution to our Colleges and society. We; look ta each student as a whole person and ensure all students that I and my Colleagues are here to help you as much as possible.
