Absentee Fine
All the students absenting from the school / college due to any reasons / excuses, are to be fined Rs. 50/-; (Rupee Fifty) per day from the day one.

Poor turn out
Rs. 30 (Rupee Thirty) per day. However, after repeated reminders and written warnings fine of Rs. 100/- (Rupee one Hundred) per day is to be charged.

Late Comers
Parents of habitual late comers are to be called in person and advised to ensure punctuality of their wards. Students, who fail to improve , are to be charged fine of Rs. 15/- (Rupee Fifteen) per day for first two lapses. Form 3rd time on wards fine of Rs. 75(Rupee Seventy Five) per day is to be charged.

Mobile Phones
For first violation fine of Rs. 300/- (Rupee Three hundred) is to be charged. For second time violation , Rs. 700/- (Rupee Seven Hundreds) and on third time violation Rs. 1,000/- (Rupee One Thousand) alongwith confiscation; of mobile phone.

Send-up / Pre Board Exame
Students missing send up/Pre Board Examination will be charged fine@ Rs. 300/- (Rupee Three Hundreds) per subject.

Submission of Form "B";
As per Air staff directive, provision of NADRA Form 'B' is obligatory along with the other requisite documents for the new admissions in Fazaia institutions. All those parents who do not provide these essential documents at the time of admission may be asked to submit the same within one month. A fine of Rs 100/- (Rupee One Hundred) per month may be charged from all those who fail to provide these documents after the notice of one month. Policy is in vogue since July, 2014.
Breach of
school/college discipline arising on account of disorderly behaviour such as
fighting, scuffles, altercations etc is to be brought to the knowledge of
Chairman, Managing Committee and dealt with in the light of laid down
procedures and rules. Invariably the parents of the students involved in
disorderly conduct are to be called and informed about the disciplinary action
to be taken against their children.
Moral Turpitude
; ; ; ;;<--[endif]-->;Serious cases
involving immoral behaviour, failing of character, corruption, moral decadence and
immoral offence amongst students as well as teachers are to be viewed with absolute gravity and brought to the
knowledge of Chairman Managing Committee immediately. The same are to be
reported to the Air Headquarters (Directorate of Schools and Colleges) without
any delay. In case of indiscipline involving serious offence of moral turpitude
of students, the concerned parents are to be called and informed about
disciplinary action taken against their ward.
Property Damage
In cases of wilful damage to the school and college
property by a student, the Principal is to establish the students involvement
through appropriate investigation. The student found involved in the damage is
to be fined duly and the cost of damage recovered. In case the individual
involved in damaging the property is not identified due to group psyche, the
amount of damage is to be levied on the whole group / class as a whole.
Penalties for Misconduct and
Indiscipline
Cases of misconduct and indiscipline not responding
positively to the remedial measures as outlined above, as well as those arising
out of serious situations of social embarrassment, are to be dealt with appropriate
disciplinary course of action. Depending upon the nature of the case the
following options are to be considered.

Education of children is the joint responsibility of the parents / guardians
and the institution. The following instructions are laid down specifically for
the parents / guardians seeking their due participation in accruing maximum
educational benefits to the children:‑

<--[endif]-->As far as possible the parents / guardians should keep in
touch with the Principal / Vice Principal / Headmaster / Headmistress so as to
keep abreast of the performance of their children / wards in academics and
other activities.
They are expected to see the Principal / Vice Principal /
Headmaster / Headmistress without delay whenever required.
All parents should attend Parent-Teacher meetings whenever
called upon to do so.
They are required to cooperate with the institution in
matters regarding discipline, uniform, attendance, punctuality and general
behaviour of their children / wards.
They are to ensure that their children/wards fully observe
the college rules and regulations.
They are to keep a check on the performance of their
children / wards in the examinations.
They are to abide by the policies and regulations of the
institution with respect to discipline, educational methods, promotions /
detentions and send-up of admissions for the board examinations.

<--[endif]-->The parents should not send their wards to school /
college, if they are suffering from any contagious diseases.

<--[endif]-->Parents are to register complaints, if any, to the
Principal/Vice Principal/ Headmaster/Headmistress and in no case directly to
the teachers.
They are not to visit academic areas and classrooms during
school / college timings.
They are to provide a congenial atmosphere to their
children / wards at home for their studies and ensure that their children do
their home work regularly.

<--[endif]-->They are to read and sign any notice, rules and
regulations and written warnings sent or intimated to them by the institution.

<--[endif]-->They are to take note of all messages sent to them by the
college through SMS. They must update their cell / line numbers with college
administration.
They are to return six monthly verification proforma duly
filled and authenticated within stipulated period.
They are to ensure timely
payment of school / college dues.
They are to apply in writing for withdrawal of their
children / wards from the institution.
(a)Students should be neatly dressed in the prescribed school/college uniform.
(b)Boys should have a gentlemanly hair-cut and girls should have a simple hair-do. Girls are not to put on jewelry /ornaments.
(c)Students should pay particular attention to their personal hygiene.
(d)Students are to attend morning assembly regularly and comply with the instructions announced therein.
(e)Students should be regular and punctual in attending classes.
(f)Students are not to leave the school/college premises without permission of the Principal/Vice Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress.
(g)Students are to apply in advance for leave of absence. The application should be duly endorsed by the parents.
(h)Students are expected to be respectful, obedient and courteous towards the staff members, fellow students and visitors to the institution.
(j)Students should avoid rude and unseemly behaviour, and conduct themselves with grace and modesty within and outside the institution.
(k)Students must possess the required books, notebooks and stationery while attending classes.
(l)Exchange of books, notebooks and other items of use is not permitted.
(m)Cheating, stealing or telling lies will be viewed as serious breaches of good conduct and behaviour.
(n)Use of unfair means in examinations will be considered as a serious violation of rules. The examination in which unfair means are used is to be cancelled and the student marked Fail in that subject.
(p)Engaging in scuffles / fighting with fellow students or misbehaving with female students are to be considered serious offences and dealt with strictly. Depending upon their nature such offences may lead to a student expulsion.
(q)Smoking, chewing of ‘paan’ (beetle-leaf) and taking ‘niswar’ (snuff or pulverised tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
(r);;;;;;;;;;;Students are not to carry any medicines/drugs/intoxicants except the medicines prescribed by a doctor.
(s);;;;;;;;;;;Students are not to invite any outsiders to the school/college.
(t);;;;;;;;;;;;Students are to call their parents to the institution whenever asked to do so whether in writing or otherwise by the Principal / Vice Principal / Headmaster/ Headmistress.
(u);;;;;;;;;;Students are not to visit residential and domestic areas during school / college hours.
(v);;;;;;;;;;Restricted PAF areas are out of bounds for the students.
(w);;;;;;;;;Canteen or cafeteria are out of bounds for students except during break.
(x);;;;;;;;;;Students are not to trespass playing fields and lawns. Roads, footpaths or walkways are to be used from one point to another.
(y);;;;;;;;;;Silence must be observed in libraries and laboratories.
(z);;;;;;;;;;;Students are not to visit laboratories except when scheduled to perform practical work or when specially permitted by a teacher.
(aa) Agitating, instigating students to abandon classes, organizing protests, creating mob situations, causing unrest and disorder is to be considered a serious violation of discipline.
(ab);;;; Participation in any kind of political activities is banned absolutely.
(ac) Students are not to become members of any club, library, organization or association outside the institution without the permission of the Principal.
(ad) Students should pay their school/college fee by due date.
(ae) Students are not to bring any valuable items, jewellery or large sums of money to school/college.
(af);;;;; Writing letters to fellow students or receiving uncalled for mail in the institutions will be deemed objectionable.
(ag) Students are not to borrow / lend money or any personal belongings from / to one another.
(ah) Students are not to visit classes / sections to which they do not belong.
(aj) Violation of rules may result in detention of student after cease work imposition of fine, temporary suspension or termination of studentship, depending upon the severity of offence.
(ak) Students should protect school / college property. Any deliberate and wilful attempt to damage / deface the institution’s property will be treated as a serious breach of discipline.
(al);;;;; Students are not allowed to bring any type of photographs, magazines, camera, radio set or weapon to the school / college.
(am) Students must leave their bicycles securely locked in the cycle stand.
(an) Students are not to drive a motor car or use a motor bike without possessing a valid driving licence.
(ap) Students are to park their cars, motor bikes etc in parking areas specially earmarked for their vehicles.
(aq) Students must look after their belongings. Institution is not responsible for any theft/loss. Students should avoid bringing precious things to the institution.
(ar);;;;; Students must qualify send-up criteria in the send-ups/pre-board examinations for appearing in the Board examinations.
(as) Collection of funds from fellow students for any cause whatsoever is not permitted.
(at);;;;; Mobile phones are not permitted within the premises of the school and college.
(au) Students are not allowed to keep objectionable and proscribed literature, photographs, pictures and graphics in any form whatsoever
